Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Sales Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for processing orders and providing administrative support. This is a part-time position, working from 6.45pm to 10.15pm for three nights per week.
Responsibilities: -Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently - Ensure all customer information is correctly entered into the system - Communicate with customers regarding order status and delivery updates - Assist with administrative tasks as needed - Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions
Requirement's: - No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided - Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment - Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively - Good communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team - Proficiency in basic computer applications - Flexibility to work evening hours (6.45pm - 10.15pm) for three nights per week, nights vary
